✧ After receiving full payment I will send you the character files.

✧ Payment must be made within 48 hours via paypal. If the buyer fails to make payment in time, the design will be re-sold.

✧ No refunds.

✧ Once you purchase a character design from me, you own it. You can use it as you like (for non-commercial purposes), such as giving them a backstory, name, changing their gender, outfits, etc.

✧ As the artist, I retain all rights and ownership of the original illustration (image). You authorize me to use the illustration to post it on my websites (including a process wip, timelapse video), present it in my future artbook, portfolio, exhibition.

✧ You may gift, trade, resell the adoptee, but be sure to let me know so I can track down the owner.

✧ You are not allowed to resell the design for more than you paid.

✧ You are not allowed to claim that the design or original art is created by you.

✧ Please credit my copyright on the design where necessary.

✧ Contact me if you would like to use my design for commercial work, this will cost extra depending on the project.
