Terms of service
By purchasing a character design from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions
• Full payment is required before I start working on the commission.
• Payment via PayPal. There are no refunds unless I am unable to complete the commission for some reasons.
• It may take me up to two months to fulfill your commission.
• I will need samples for self-promotion, so private commissions or not publishing commissioned works will cost an additional 50% of the price.
• You are only purchasing the digital file, not the printed art.
• My art and skills are constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between samples and finished products.
• You can pay a certain amount of money for me to complete the commission faster, it will be 50% of the base price.
Usage and Copyright
• Don't edit the commission art or remove my signature.
• I retain all artistic copyrights to publish the commission artwork on my sites (including process/ time-lapse video) and present it in my future artbook, portfolio, exhibition.
• Clients can't claim that the commission art is made by themself.
Working progress
• For regular commissions: After making full payment, you will receive a sketch for approval. Please list all the changes when receiving this sketch, then I will proceed to finish the artwork. I make free edits at the sketch stage only!
• If you want to make edits to an already finished work, you will be charged an additional fee depending on the level of complexity of the edits. Some minor edits are free of charge (color correction, etc.). If edits need to be made through my fault, I forgot to do something or did not do it right even though you told me about it, it will be free of charge.
